Frequently asked questions

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers and typically arrive within 2–8 business days, including processing and shipping time.

In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock in the U.S., it may be shipped directly from our partner factory in China. In such cases, delivery usually takes 8–18 business days, including processing and shipping time.

If your order includes items shipped from different fulfillment locations, it may arrive in separate packages and delivery times may vary.

2. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping notification containing your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor your package directly through the link provided. Additionally, our live chat (located in the bottom right corner) is available to provide real-time updates on your shipment status.

3. How do I choose the right size for my clergy apparel?

Most of our garments include a detailed size chart on the product page. We strongly recommend reviewing these measurements before placing your order. For products with a "Universal Size," a descriptive fit guide is provided in lieu of a standard chart to ensure you select the silhouette that best suits your requirements.

4. Is my payment information secure?

Your security is our priority. All transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption technology. Our banking and payment partners adhere to the strictest global financial protocols to ensure your sensitive data remains protected throughout the entire checkout process.

5. Can I place a bulk order for my institution or organization?

Absolutely. We welcome institutional and bulk orders. Following a large-scale purchase, we recommend contacting us immediately to discuss any specific requirements. To ensure security and prevent unauthorized account activity, our team will send a verification email for all bulk orders to confirm the intent before the fulfillment process begins.
