Return & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our website and provide your order details.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Photos are required for defective or incorrect items.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the package and provide us with the tracking number and shipping receipt.
  5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

 

Return & Refund Conditions

  1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Once the return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging. Items that show any signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
  3. Returns must be approved by us before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  5. A 2% restocking/handling fee (based on the item price) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
  6. Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of payment for a full refund.
    Once the order has been processed or marked as “Packaged,” a 10% cancellation fee may apply due to handling and logistics costs.
    Orders that have already been shipped (“In Transit”) cannot be canceled.

 

Exchanges Conditions

The main steps and conditions for exchanges are the same as those for returns described above. In addition, the following conditions apply:

  1. If you need a different size or color of the same style, please contact us first to request a return. We will process the exchange after we receive the returned item.
  2. If you wish to change to a different style (for example, from a shirt to a robe), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Address

We operate multiple fulfillment locations. The return address will be provided after your request is approved, based on your order details.

Please do not return items to the address on the package, as this may delay or affect the processing of your return.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. The exact time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds are available if only part of the order is returned.
