Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For most U.S. fulfillment centers orders, total delivery time is 2–8 business days. For China factory shipments, total delivery time is 8–18 business days.
We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories or minor outlying islands. Orders from these locations are not supported at this time.
At BLESSUME, we value every customer and are committed to handling and delivering orders as efficiently as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin and destination.
If your order includes items from different warehouses, it may be split into multiple shipments. Delivery times will vary accordingly. Please refer to the table above for details.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
1. Payment Confirmation
After submitting your order, you have 1 hour to complete the payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel your order within 6 hours after payment. If canceled within this period, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
After 6 hours, the order will enter the processing and fulfillment stage.
Once the order enters the fulfillment stage, it may already be packed or shipped (tracking information may take some time to update). If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible, and a 10% cancellation fee may apply due to handling and logistics costs.
Orders that have already been shipped (“In Transit”) cannot be canceled.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier for dispatch. This processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your order details and tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can track your order using 17TRACK or any preferred logistics tracking platform
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times may be affected by incorrect shipping information, logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days for shipments from U.S. fulfillment centers, or within 20 business days for shipments from our China-based factory (due to longer transit times), please contact us with your order details and tracking number. We will assist you promptly, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund.
